摘要
近年来,随着我国绿色化高质量发展理念在建筑结构领域的落地实施,迫切需要通过建筑钢结构材料的升级换代,实现建筑钢构加工及使用全生命周期绿色化,即少防腐油漆化和少防火涂料化。为此,本文开展了建筑结构用免涂装耐候钢、涂装耐候钢和耐火耐候钢及配套应用技术研究,并在国内率先实现减免涂装的应用示范,为今后相关标准建立和提升我国建筑结构绿色化水平奠定了坚实基础。
In recent years,with the implementation of my country’s green and high-quality development concept in the field of building structures,it is urgent to upgrade and replace existing building steel structure materials to realize green processing and use in the whole life cycle,that is,less anti-corrosion paint and less fire-resistant coating.Therefore,this paper has carried out research on coating-free weathering steel,painted weathering steel and fire-resistant weathering steel and supporting application technologies for building structures,and took the lead in realizing the application demonstration of less coating and no coating in China,which laid a solid foundation for the establishment of relevant standards and the promotion of green level of building structure in China.
