Pb^(2+)胁迫下生物炭对玉米种子萌发和幼苗早期生长的影响 被引量:6

摘要 为了探究重金属胁迫下生物炭对玉米幼苗生长的影响,通过水培盆栽玉米幼苗,在无Pb^(2+)和含Pb^(2+)对照下研究了不同裂解温度制备的生物炭对玉米幼苗生长的影响。结果表明:生物炭滤出液对玉米种子的萌发影响不显著,WS300(300℃生物炭)促进玉米幼苗的干物质量增加了27%,WS500(500℃生物炭)促进玉米幼苗的干物质量增加了35%。在Pb^(2+)胁迫下,不同裂解温度生物炭对培养液中的Pb^(2+)去除率达到了25%~30%,其中PWS300(含Pb^(2+)的300℃生物炭)促进玉米幼苗茎长增加了25%、干物质量增加了30%。可见,生物炭在Pb^(2+)胁迫下对玉米幼苗生长的促进作用有虽所减弱,但依然能明显促进玉米幼苗的早期生长。 In order to investigate the effects of biochar on the growth of maize seedlings under heavy metal stress,potted hydroponic maize seedlings were used to observe the effects of biochar prepared at different pyrolysis temperatures on the growth of maize seedlings without Pb^2+ and with Pb^2+.The results showed that the biochar filtrate had no significant effect on the germination of maize seeds.WS300(300℃biochar)promoted the dry matter quality of maize seedlings by 27%.WS500(500℃biochar)promoted the dry matter quality of maize seedlings.35%.Under Pb^2+ stress,the removal rate of Pb^2+ in culture medium reached 25%~30%at different pyrolysis temperatures,and PWS300(300℃ biochar with Pb^2+)increased the stem length of maize seedlings by 25%and the dry matter quality increased 30%.It is concluded that the promotion of biochar on the growth of maize seedlings under Pb^2+ stress is weakened,but it can still promote the early growth of maize seedlings.
