摘要
医学院校专业教师必须具备热爱医学教育事业的职业态度,完备的医学和教育教学理论知识、熟练的医学操作技能和教学技能,以及高尚的师德和医德等职业素养。然而,青年教师在职业认同感、专业知识和技能、职业道德等方面都或多或少地存在不足。为提升医学院校青年教师的职业素养,医学院校必须不断完善青年教师培训体系,加强对青年教师实践能力的培养和锻炼,加强对青年教师的考核评价管理,大力推行青蓝结对的导师制。
Specialized course teachers in medical colleges must have passion for medical education,possess comprehensive knowledge of medicine and teaching theory,acquire advanced medical skills and teaching skills,and be equipped with excellent professional ethics.However,they typically fall short when it comes to occupational identity,professional knowledge and skills,and professional ethics.To improve vocational quality of young teachers,medical colleges are supposed to improve the training system,cultivate young teachers'practical ability,strengthen management and evaluation,and carry out"Blue Project".
