摘要
以750 t履带起重机为例,将材料非线性考虑进几何非线性模型得到双重非线性模型,应用Ansys基于弧长法进行非线性稳定性运算。从双重非线性模型与仅考虑几何非线性模型的载荷-位移曲线、不同屈服应力的材料非线性模型失稳载荷与失稳时位移与应力关系入手,深入研究与分析材料非线性对臂架稳定性的影响。
Taking the 750 t crawler crane as the example,a double nonlinearity model can be obtained by taking the material nonlinearity into account in the geometric nonlinearity model,and Ansys method based on arc length is used to perform nonlinear stability calculation.Starting from the load-displacement curve of the dual nonlinear model and geometric nonlinear model and the relationship between the buckling loading and buckling displacement with stress of material nonlinearity model under different yield stresses,the influence of the material nonlinearity on the stability of the boom is deeply studied and analyzed.
