摘要
为研究在超声复合振动抛光下的工件表面材料的去除方式,首先分别对工件在超声抛光与超声复合振动抛光作用下的工件表面材料去除原理进行分析。然后,推导出超声复合振动抛光下的工件表面受垂直于工件表面方向上的集中力与平均分布力作用下的位移与应力表达式。最后,通过实验研究磨粒对工件表面的去除作用,并对比超声抛光与超声复合振动抛光后的工件表面质量。
In order to study the removal method of workpiece surface material under ultrasonic composite vibration polishing, firstly, the principle of workpiece surface material removal under ultrasonic polishing and ultrasonic composite vibration polishing was analyzed. Then, the displacement and stress expression under the action of the concentrated force and the average distribution force in the direction perpendicular to the surface of the workpiece are deduced. Finally, the removal effect of abrasive grains on the workpiece surface was experimentally studied, and the surface quality of the workpiece after ultrasonic polishing and ultrasonic composite vibration polishing was compared.
