摘要
对硬脆材料的超声波加工工艺进行了研究,分析了材料去除机理,建立了材料去除率数学模型,给出了材料去除率与各工艺参数之间的关系。通过对玻璃进行超声波加工试验,进一步验证了该模型的正确性。
The ultrasonic machining of brittle and hard material was studied and the material removal mechanism was analyzed. A theoretical model of the material removal rate (MRR) in ultrasonic machining was proposed. The relation between MRR and the machining parameters was presented. The glass machining was used to demonstrate the validity of the model.
