超声磨削杯形工具变幅器的设计与试验分析 被引量:4

摘要 为得到更为有效的设计理论,将杯形工具变幅器分为圆锥形变幅杆、圆盘和圆管三部分,利用Mindlin中厚板理论求得圆盘的位移、转角、弯矩和剪力的解析表达式,并建立了圆锥变幅杆和圆管的位移与应力函数关系。通过振动单元之间的连续条件以及振动单元的边界条件,建立了杯形工具变幅器整体的频率方程。基于此理论设计了杯型工具变幅器,通过有限元模态分析、阻抗分析试验和超声谐振试验对设计理论进行了验证。仿真结果表明,变幅器的谐振频率与设计频率相符合;试验结果表明,谐振系统的实测频率与设计频率相符合。试验结果验证了杯形工具变幅器设计方法的正确性,为超声磨削系统的设计提供了理论依据。 The design theory of cup-shaped tool transformer plays a significant role in promoting the application of ultrasonic grinding in the processing of brittle materials and composite materials. The transformer consists of three parts: conical horn, thick disk and tube. The thick disc functions of displacement, rotary angle, bending moment and shear force are obtained by Mindlin theory. The displacement and stress functions of the conical horn and the tube are established. The frequency equation of the transformer is established through the continuous and boundary conditions. Transformers are designed according to the frequency equation. The design theory is verified by FEM (finite element method) modal analysis, impedance analysis test and ultrasonic vibration test. The FEM results show that the resonant frequencies of transformers are consistent with the design frequencies.
