摘要
旋转超声加工是集传统超声加工与磨料磨削加工为一体的复合加工,是硬脆性材料加工的一种有效方法,具有良好的应用前景。该文综述了旋转超声波加工技术发展历程,概述了当前具有代表性的旋转超声加工机床的主要技术特征,概括旋转超声加工在机理分析和模型建立上的发展,重点介绍了旋转超声波加工技术在钻削、铣削和磨削等方面的应用,最后结合作者近几年的研究成果,提出旋转超声加工技术在机床研制、理论研究、工具制备和实验加工等方面研究的趋势。
Rotary ultrasonic machining is a hybrid machining process combining the material removal mechanisms of conventional ultrasonic machining and diamond grinding, which has been shown to be a promising, cost-effective machining method for hard, brittle materials. This paper describes recent developments in rotary ultrasonic machining, the main performance parameters of typical rotary ultrasonic systems and recent developments on modeling of the machining mechanisms and material removal. The main applications of rotary ultrasonic machining, including drilling, milling and grinding, are stressed. Future development trends in rotary ultrasonic machining, including machine tools, theoretical models, diamond tool fabrication and experimental research are also described.
