摘要
为进行硬脆材料的旋转超声加工 ,研制了智能超声波发生器。类比于数控插补原理 ,提出了粗精频率跟踪的自动控制方案 ,即 :频率粗调由软件实现 ,频率精调由锁相环电路实现。对振动系统恒定振幅控制进行了理论分析。实验结果表明 ,研制的智能超声波发生器频率跟踪迅速准确 ,并能实现振动系统的恒定振幅控制 。
A smart ultrasonic generator was investigated for rotary ultrasonic machining of hard, fragile material. A new frequency tracking method is presented, which is analogous to numerical controled interpolation. This method includes two steps: rough tracking by software and refined tracking by a phase locked loop circuit. Constant amplitude was also analyzed. Preliminary experiments show that the smart ultrasonic generator based on the new method can quickly and accurately frequency track, and can work well with constant amplitude control.
