锥形剖面环形聚能器径向振动等效电路研究 被引量:12

摘要 基于机电类比原理,给出了锥形剖面薄圆环形聚能器的轴对称径向振动等效电路,由等效电路得出了其径向共振频率方程.采用静电激振法,测量了两个锥度分别为6.3°和11.3°的环形聚能器径向共振基频,并进行了仿真,理论结果与实测数据符合较好.这对利用等效电路分析变厚度环形聚能器的径向振动及工程设计具有一定参考价值. Axis symmetrical radial vibration of a thin annular plate with tapered section plane is studied and the equivalent circuit is derived by using electromechanical analogy method. Based on the circuit, the resonant frequency equation are obtained. Excited By static electricity, the radial resonant fundamental frequency of two annular concentrator, whose thickness tapered in radial direction by 6.3° and 11.3° respectively, are tested and verified by FEM. It is shown that the theoretical values basically agree with the experimental results, which may suggest some rules for engineering design and calculations of an annular concentrator with thickness variations along radial direction by means of equivalent circuit method.
