摘要
对一种大功率径向复合圆管压电超声换能器的径向振动特性进行了研究.依据机电类比原理,推出了换能器的径向振动等效电路及共振频率方程;探讨了换能器的第1、第2阶共振频率和有效机电耦合系数与压电陶瓷元件位置的关系;实验测量了换能器的径向共振频率.结果表明,换能器径向共振频率的理论值与实测值符合较好.
The radial vibration characteristics of a high power radial composite round tube piezoelectric ultra- sonic transducer was studied. Based on the electro-mechanical analogy, the radial vibration equivalent circuit of the transducer was derived and the resonance frequency equation was obtained. The relationship between the resonance frequency, the effective electro-mechanical coupling coefficient and the position of piezoelectric ceramic element was analyzed By testing the radial resonance frequencies of some trial-made transducers, the theoretical radial resonance frequencies were showed to be in a good agreement with the measured results.
