摘要
目的研究急诊治疗急性心力衰竭中冻干重组人脑利钠肽的应用价值。方法选择2016年2月～2018年1月本院接诊的急性心力衰竭病患96例,按照治疗方法不同分成两组:观察组、对照组各48例。两组都予以常规抗心力衰竭治疗,观察组加用冻干重组人脑利钠肽。综合分析两组心率、LVEF等指标的变化情况,并对各组的疗效进行比较。结果两组患者治疗前心率、LVEF水平比较差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05),治疗后两组均有变化(P <0.05),组间比较显示治疗后观察组心率低于对照组,而LVEF水平高于对照组,两组差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);观察组的临床总有效率高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论对急性心力衰竭患者辅以冻干重组人脑利钠肽治疗,可有效改善其心功能,促进病情好转。
Objective To study the application value of freeze-dried recombinant human brain natriuretic peptide in emergency treatment of acute heart failure.Methods A total of 96 patients with acute heart failure who were admitted to our hospital from February 2016 to January 2018 were enrolled.The patients were divided into two groups according to the treatment methods:48 patients separatedly in the observation group and the control group.Both groups were treated with conventional anti-heart failure,and the observation group was supplemented with freeze-dried recombinant human brain natriuretic peptide.The changes of heart rate,LVEF and other indicators in the two groups were analyzed comprehensively,and the effects of each group were compared.Results There was no significant difference in heart rate and LVEF between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05),but significant difference after treatment(P<0.05).The comparison between the groups after treatment showed that the heart rate of the observation group was lower than that of the control group.The LVEF level was higher than the control group,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total clinical effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Patients with acute heart failure supplemented with freeze-dried recombinant human brain natriuretic peptide can effectively improve their heart function and promote recovery.
