摘要 AI(人工智能)技术是新工业革命的核心驱动力之一。推动AI产业技术创新是构建自主可控AI核心技术体系、培育全球AI产业发展新高地、推进各行业智能化升级的重要举措。针对我国AI产业链发展不均衡,系统运行机制缺乏细粒度分析等问题,从驱动力、资源供给、合作模式3个维度,研究AI产业技术创新系统运行机制。结果发现:(1)AI产业技术创新系统具有自组织性和共生性特征;(2)AI产业包括硬件、系统和应用3个技术创新子系统,子系统之间既有技术关联又存在较大发展差异;(3)AI技术创新存在底层关键技术创新能力不足、创新资源供给障碍和技术创新合作思路不明等现实问题。在机制研究基础上,基于共生理论提出人工智能产业可持续发展优化对策。 Artificial intelligence technology is one of the core drivers of the new industrial revolution.Promoting technological innovation in the AI industry is an important measure to build an autonomous and controllable AI core technology system,cultivate a new highland for the global AI industry,and promote intelligent upgrading of various industries.Aiming at the unbalanced development of China's AI industry chain,and the lack of fine-grained analysis for the operation mechanisms of the system,this paper studies the operational mechanism of the AI industry technology innovation system from the aspects of driving force,resource supply,and cooperation model.The findings are:Firstly,the AI industry technology innovation system has the characteristics of self-organization and symbiosis.Secondly,the AI industry includes three subsystems of technological innovation such as hardware,systems,and applications.They have technological linkages to each other.At the same time,there are differences in development status of subsystems.Thirdly,the AI technology innovation has three major problems,including the insufficient innovation ability of the underlying key technologies,obstacles to innovative resources supply,and deficient cooperation model.Based on the symbiotic theory,the optimal countermeasures are proposed for the sustainable development of the AI industry.
