摘要
当前,世界政治经济格局正在发生深刻调整,我们正站在新时代传播力革新的风口浪尖,融合已成为核心驱动力,融合发展也已成为当今世界媒体发展的新趋势。走入媒体融合的第5个年头,恰逢我国改革开放事业承前启后、继往开来的四十周年这一关键节点,习近平总书记在2018年8月的全国宣传思想工作会议上,提出"要扎实抓好县级融媒体中心建设",将我国的媒体融合战略上升到新时代背景下的国家战略新高度。根据党中央递进式的媒体融合战略要求,针对国内省级媒体融合云平台的建设现状进行分析,充分考虑县级融媒体中心的实施基础和建设目标,就构建省域媒体融合协作体技术框架提出了设想。
At present,the world political and economic structure is undergoing profound adjustment. We are standing at the forefront of the new era of communication and innovation. Integration has become the core driving force,and integrated development has become a new trend in the development of the global media today.The fifth year of media convergence coincides with the 40 th anniversary of China＇s reform and opening up,which is also the key point of China＇s past and the future development. General Secretary Xi Jinping proposed at the national conference in August 2018 that the construction of county-level media center will raise China＇s media convergence strategy to a new level of national strategy in the context of the new era. Based on the progressive media integration strategy requirements of the Party Central Committee,this paper analyzes the current situation of the construction of domestic provincial media convergence cloud platform,fully considers the implementation foundation and construction goals of the county-level media center,and proposes an idea for building the provincial media convergence collaboration technology framework.
