摘要
[目的]研究砷镉联合暴露对蛋鸡肝功能的影响以及α-硫辛酸的保护效应。[方法]将720只42周龄京粉2号商品代蛋鸡随机分为8组,采用200 mg/kg砷(As)、100 mg/kg镉(Cd)单独或联合(As+Cd)拌料对蛋鸡进行镉砷联合暴露,α-硫辛酸保护组在As、Cd暴露的同时在饲料中添加400 mg/kgα-硫辛酸,于试验第8周末测定血清中丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)、天门冬氨酸氨基转移酶(AST)、血清碱性磷酸酶(ALP)活性及总蛋白(TP)、白蛋白(ALB)的含量。[结果]与对照组相比,As组ALT和AST活性升高不显著,Cd组ALT和AST活性显著或极显著升高(P<0.05或P<0.01),As组、Cd组ALP活性极显著下降(P<0.01),Cd组TP和ALB含量显著或极显著下降(P<0.05或P<0.01),As组TP和ALB含量无显著变化。与Cd组相比,As+Cd组ALT、AST和ALP活性显著下降(P<0.05),TP含量显著升高(P<0.05);与相应染毒组相比,α-硫辛酸保护组蛋鸡肝功能各项指标均有所恢复,部分指标具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。[结论]砷镉联合暴露对蛋鸡肝功能影响呈拮抗效应,α-硫辛酸可在一定程度上降低As、Cd单独或联合暴露引起的蛋鸡肝功能损伤。
[Objective]To study the effects of the combined exposure of arsenic and cadmium on the liver functions of laying hens and protection effect ofα-lipoic acid.[Method]720 42-week-old commercial layers of Jinghong 2 were randomly divided into 8 groups.The laying hens were exposed with 200 mg/kg As,100 mg/kg Cd,alone or in combination by feeding.The laying hens in theα-lipoic acid protected groups were fed with 400 mg/kgα-lipoid acid in the feed.The activities of alanine aminotransferase(ALT),aspartate aminotransferase(AST)and alkaline phosphatase(ALP),total protein(TP)and albumin(ALB)contents in the serum were determined after 8 weeks.[Result]Compared with control group,the activities of ALT and AST in the Cd group were significantly increased,while the activities of ALT and AST in As group was not significantly increased.The activity of ALP in Cd group and As group extremely significantly decreased(P<0.01).The contents of TP and ALB in Cd group were significantly decreased or extremely significantly decreased(P<0.05 or P<0.01),but the contents of TP and ALB in As group had no significant change.Compared with Cd group,the activities of ALT,AST and ALP in As+Cd group significantly decreased(P<0.05),while the content of TP in As+Cd group significantly increased(P<0.05).The various indices of liver functions of laying hens inα-lipoic acid protected group recovered and some of them were statistically significant with those in corresponding exposure group.[Conclusion]Effects of combined exposure of As and Cd on the liver functions of laying hens showed antagonism effects,α-lipoic acid could reduce the damage of liver functions caused by single or exposure of As and Cd to some degree.
