摘要
试验旨在研究日粮中添加α-硫辛酸对海南黑山羊肥育羔羊生长性能和血液生化指标的影响。30只3月龄、体重相近的海南黑山羊,随机分成3组,分别在精补料中添加0、300、600mg/kg的α-硫辛酸。在70d试验结束时测定其生长性能和血液中生化指标。结果表明:与对照组相比,精补料中添加600mg/kgα-硫辛酸显著提高了海南黑山羊平均日增重,显著降低了饲料增重比(P〈0.05),并且显著提高了血清中总蛋白(TP)和球蛋白(GLB)浓度(P〈0.05);与对照组相比,精补料中添加α-硫辛酸升高了山羊血清中谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)、总超氧化物歧化酶(T-SOD)、总抗氧化能力(T-AOC)和过氧化氢酶(CAT)浓度,并降低了血清中丙二醛(MDA)、一氧化氮(NO)、过氧化氢(H2O2)和羟自由基(·OH)浓度。结果提示,日粮中添加300~600mg/kg的α-硫辛酸可促进黑山羊机体的蛋白质沉积和合成,增强黑山羊抗氧化能力,进而改善黑山羊生长性能。
This experiment was conducted to investigate the effect of dietary α-lipoic acid (LA) on growth performance and blood biochemistry indices in Hainan black goats fattening kid. Thirty goats were randomly assigned to three levels of LA in diet (0, 300, 600 mg/kg) for 60 days and the blood biochemistry indices were analyzed at day 60.The results showed that goats fed the diet containing 600 mg/kg LA had a significantly (P〈0.05) higher ADG and better feed conversion rate (FCR) than those of goats offered the basal diet without LA. The results also showed that diet supplementation with 600 mg/kg LA increased (P〈0.05) the concentration of total protein and globulin. The goats fed the diet with LA had the higher concentration of glutathione peroxidase, total superoxide dismutase, catalase activity and tatal-antioxidizing capability in serum compared with the goats fed the concentration without LA. Meanwhile, diet supplementation with LA decreased the concentration of malondiadehhyde, peroxide, nitric oxide and hydroxyl radicals in the serum of black goats. These results indicate that diet supplementation with LA may enhance antioxidant capability and immune function, and improve the protein deposition and synthesis, and improve the growth performance in Hainan black goats.
