摘要
目的探讨在子宫内膜癌浸润子宫肌层的诊断中应用实时超声弹性成像技术的临床价值。方法选取55例子宫内膜癌浸润子宫肌层患者,所有患者术前均接受实时超声弹性成像技术检查,术后进行病理检查,对比检查结果。结果病理诊断结果显示,61. 82%的患者为浅层肌浸润,38. 18%的患者为深层肌浸润;实时超声弹性成像技术的诊断结果显示,58. 18%的患者为浅层肌浸润,41. 82%的患者为深层肌浸润,与病理诊断结果相比无显著性差异(P>0. 05)。实时超声弹性成像技术在浅层肌浸润诊断中的准确度达到94. 12%,在深层肌浸润诊断中的准确度达到91. 30%,不同肌层的诊断准确度间无显著差异(P> 0. 05)。结论利用实时超声弹性成像技术可以较为准确的诊断出患者子宫内膜癌浸润子宫肌层的情况,值得推广。
Objective To explore the clinical value of real time ultrasound elastography in the diagnosis of endometrium infiltrating myometrium.Methods 55 cases of endometrial carcinoma myometrial infiltration patients underwent real-time elastography examination before operation,and postoperative pathological examination,contrast examination results.Results The pathological diagnosis showed that 61.82%of the patients were shallow layer of muscle infiltration,and 38.18%of the patients were deep muscle infiltration.The diagnostic results of real time ultrasound elastography showed that 58.18%of the patients were shallow layer of muscle infiltration,and 41.82%of the patients were deep muscle infiltration.Compared with the pathological diagnosis,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).The accuracy of real-time ultrasound elastography in the diagnosis of superficial muscle invasion reached 94.12%,and the accuracy in the diagnosis of deep muscle invasion reached 91.30%.There was no significant difference in the diagnostic accuracy of different muscle layers,the difference was not statistical significant(P>0.05).Conclusion Real-time ultrasound elastography can accurately diagnose endometrial carcinoma and infiltrate the uterine myometrium.It is worthy of application.
