摘要 提出了一种新型的跨坐式单轨车辆转向架方案,将相邻车辆的两个单轴走行部通过摇头回转弹簧联系在一起构成耦合转向架。理论分析表明,通过设置合适的耦合回转刚度,耦合转向架在圆曲线上能够处于径向位置,从而消除走行轮的侧偏力和回正力矩,同时减小导向轮的径向力。使用多体动力学软件UM仿真分析了跨坐式单轨车辆耦合转向架的曲线通过性能,仿真结果与理论分析一致。 A new couple bogie for straddle type monorail vehicle is proposed in this paper,which is composed of two single axle running gears connected by a torsion spring with yaw stiffness.Theoretical analysis shows that the coupling bogie can be adjusted to the radial direction on the circular curve by setting suitable coupled yaw stiffness,so the cornering force and the aligning torque of running wheels are eliminated and the radial forces of the guide wheels are reduced meanwhile.The curving performance of the straddle type monorail vehicle equipped with coupling bogie are analyzed by using multi-body dynamics software UM,the simulation results are consistent with the theoretical analysis.
