摘要
跨座式单轨列车走行轮侧向力、侧偏角和侧倾角是影响走行轮偏磨的主要因素。文章对走行轮偏磨进行了优化,利用多参数多目标优化软件ISIGHT与动力学仿真软件SIMPACK联合仿真,得出一组单轨车辆最优的轮胎参数和悬挂参数,对减少轮胎偏磨具有一定的指导意义。
The lateral force,side-slip angle and heeling angle of the running wheel for straddle type monorail train are the main factors affecting side wear of running wheel.The side wear of the running wheel is optimized in this paper.With the joint simulation of multi-parameter and multi-objective optimization software ISIGHT and dynamics simulation software SIMPACK,a set of optimized tire parameters and suspension parameters of monorail train are obtained,having certain directive significance in reduction of side wear of tire.
