摘要
目的分析眼球按摩预防青光眼术后眼内并发症的临床效果。方法方便选取该院2014年1月—2017年12月收治的183例青光眼患者,按照随机抽签法分为对照组(91例,采用小梁切除术与术后常规处理)和实验组(92例,在对照组基础上加强术后眼球按摩),对比两组患者手术前后眼压变化以及滤过泡情况。结果两组患者术后1个月眼压均低于术前(P<0.05),但实验组患者术后1个月眼压(9.27±1.53)mmHg低于对照组(13.52±2.21)mmHg,差异有统计学意义(t=8.282,P<0.05),实验组患者术后1个月功能型滤过泡形成率87.9%显著高于对照组71.7%,差异有统计学意义(χ~2=6.021,P<0.05)。结论眼球按摩可有效预防青光眼术后眼内并发症,降低患者眼压,值得在临床上广泛推广应用。
Objective To analyze the clinical effect of eyeball massage to prevent intraocular complications after glaucoma surgery.Methods A total of 183 glaucoma patients admitted to the hospital from January 2014 to December 2017 were convenient selected and enrolled in the control group(91 patients,trabeculectomy and postoperative routine treatment)and experimental group(92 patients,according to random sampling on the basis of the control group),the postoperative eyeball massage was strengthened.The changes of intraocular pressure and filtration bleb before and after surgery were compared between the two groups.Results The intraocular pressure of the two groups was lower than that of the preoperative one month(P<0.05),but the intraocular pressure(9.27±1.53)mmHg was lower in the experimental group than in the control group(13.52±2.21)mmHg,the different was statistically significant(t=8.282,P<0.05).The rate of functional filtration bleb formation in the experimental group was 87.9%at 1 month after surgery,which was significantly higher than that in the control group,the different was statistically significant(χ2=6.021,P<0.05).Conclusion Eyeball massage can effectively prevent postoperative intraocular complications of glaucoma and reduce intraocular pressure in patients.It is worthy of wide spread application in clinical practice.
