摘要
鉴于战时铁路高墩脆弱性和目标性突出,提出了一种用于铁路高墩防护的钢板-沥青-钢板夹层阻尼结构。采用ANSYS/LS-DYNA软件对沥青钢板组合的夹层阻尼结构防护下高墩的抗爆性能进行研究,探究夹层阻尼结构中沥青材料阻尼比对高墩抗爆性能的影响规律。结果表明:在爆炸荷载作用下,随着夹层阻尼结构中沥青阻尼比的增加,高墩的抗毁伤能力得到了明显的提高,当沥青材料阻尼比从0.2增加至0.5时,高墩的残余承载能力提高了33.68%。该结果可为沥青材料在空心高墩防护中的应用提供参考。
In view of the high vulnerability and the objective prominence of the railway high pier in wartime,a steel slab-asphalt-steel slab sandwich damping structure for the protection of tall railway bridge piers is proposed in this paper,upon the basis of which the software of ANSYS/LS-DYNA is used to study the anti-explosion performance of tall railway bridge piers protected with the steel-slab-asphalt-steel-slab sandwich damping structure,with the law of the effect of the damping ratio of the asphalt material in the sandwich structure on the anti-explosion performance of tall piers explored and studied.The results show that the damage resistance of the tall pier is obviously improved under the explosion load with the increase in the asphalt damping ratio of the sandwich damping structure.When the damping ratio of the asphalt material is raised from 0.2 to 0.5,the residual bearing capacity of the tall pier is increased by 33.68%.The result may serve as a useful reference for the application of asphalt to the protection of tall piers.
