摘要
以某乘用车辅助真空系统的主要零部件电动真空泵为研究对象,通过电动真空泵的工作原理和噪音传递路径,提出整车上的噪音优化方法,最终实现整车级别对该零部件的噪音要求。
This article chooses electronic vacuum pump (EVP), the main component for assistant vacuum system of passenger car, as an object of research work, then proposes the optimization method of EVP's noise through its work principle and noise transfer route. Finally, EVP noise performance meets the requirement of vehicle's NVH target.
