摘要
随着国六排放标准的推行和电动汽车的普及,电子真空泵作为新兴制动系统的主要真空源,其在整车上的噪声表现对汽车舒适性有较大的影响。文章以乘用车叶片式电子真空泵为研究对象,针对低电压供电工况制动过程中明显的电子真空泵噪声进行测试分析,通过优化传递路径中的隔振和模态共振问题,使得车内噪声水平显著降低,大幅提高驾驶舒适性。
With the implementation of CN 6 emission standard and generalization of electrical vehicles,the noise performance of electrical vacuum pump which is the main vacuum source for new brake system,shows big influence on automotive comfort.In this paper,the vane-tape electrical vacuum pump on passenger car is studied and the development process of its noise on whole vehicle is introduced.For the obvious electrical vacuum pump noise during braking in low power supply condition,measurements and analysis are carried out.Through the optimization of the vibration isolation and mode resonance problems in transmission path,the noise level inside car is effectively reduced.
