摘要
为降低某隔膜抽气泵的工作噪声,对其噪声特性进行了试验研究,通过分析确定排气噪声为其主要噪声源;为满足排气背压损失小、消声量高、消声容积小的要求,采用了双层串联微穿孔金属管结构进行消声器的设计。对设计的3种不同方案的消声器的试验测试结果表明,该结构消声器能够使排气噪声降低8dB(A)以上,并使得整体噪声降低到设计目标。
In order to reduce the working noise of the diaphragm air pump,the noise characteristic of the pump is studied,and the exhaust noise is determined as the main contributor to the overall noise after the analysis;meanwhile,to meet the demands of low exhaust backpressure,high noise reduction and small working room,the double layer micro-perforated mufflers are designed.The test of the three different mufflers shows that this kind of muffler can reduce the exhaust noise at the level of 8 dB(A),which reduces the overall noise to the accepted level.
