摘要
医学机能实验室承担绝大多数的本科动物实验课程,随着教改的不断推进,各学院逐渐加大了实验课程的设置比例。该室具有上课人次多、人员流动量大、教学任务重和耗材动物用量多等特点。结合以上特点,总结出了一套高效、规范、便捷的管理办法,并取得了可喜的成绩,现就记账、药品、器械和废物处理几方面经验进行总结。
Medical Functional Laboratory undertakes the vast majority of undergraduate animal experiment courses in Heilongjiang University of Chinese Medicine.With the continuous development of teaching reform in the univeristy,the proportion of experimental courses has gradually increased.As a result,there are many classes,large flow of personnel,heavy teaching tasks,more use of consumables,and more animal consumption and so on.Combination of medical functional laboratory characteristics,in view of the above difficulties we summed up a set of effective measures.The efficient,standardized and convenient measures have brought us good results.Now we summarize the experiences of record management,drug and instrument management and medical waste management.
