摘要
实验教辅工作是实验教学的一项重要辅助职能,随着高校实验中心建设的深入开展,如何正确地对实验教辅角色进行定位,使之与中心创新性人才培养工作相得益彰,成为实验教学中亟须考虑的问题之一。文章就实验教辅角色的内涵、如何正确认识和提升实验教辅工作对实验中心建设的价值等方面进行了积极的探索。
The experimental teaching work is an important function of the Experimental Teaching.It has be-come more and more worth thinking to identify the exact role of the experimental teaching,while cultivating innovative talents should be mutually reinforcing with the construction of the Center. This article focuses on discussing the connotation of experimental teaching role and the correct understanding and improving of the value of experimental teaching work.
