摘要
地浸工艺中,现有抽液流量自动调节系统采用人工整定PID值,系统的调节速度和控制精度都不理想。在分析PID参数自整定方法特点和仿真试验的基础上,提出采用基于任意相位裕度指定参数的自整定技术,实现了PID控制器参数的自动整定和流量自动控制,在现场应用中取得了良好的控制效果。
In-situ leaching process,drawing liquid flow regulation is an important link in the well site production.In the past,the PID value was adjusted manually in the automatic control system,the operation is not only troublesome,but also the value is not the best parameter.In this paper,the self-tuning technology is used to realize automatic tuning of controller parameters and automatic flow control,and good control effect is achieved in field application.
