摘要
设计了一种利用热敏电阻采集数据,STM32F103ZET6为主控芯片,以PID为核心算法,通过输出PWM来控制半导体制冷片进行制冷,实现恒温的温度控制系统。通过MATLAB仿真来确定系统PID值,将其应用到实践中,并将结果进行对比分析。为了节省制冷时间,本论文的设定温度以20℃为例;为了节省电能,本系统利用环境的温度来回升箱体内的温度。本文使用的保温盒外尺寸为420×320×240,内尺寸为370×275×195,单位为毫米。
Collect data was designed using a thermistor STM32 F103 ZET6 as main control chip,based on PID algorithm,and through the output PWM to control the semiconductor refrigeration piece of cooling,constant temperature control system. The PID value of the system is determined by MATLAB simulation,and its application is applied to the practice,and the results are compared and analyzed. In order to save time in the refrigeration,this thesis set temperature 20℃,for example; In order to save energy,the system uses the temperature of the environment to recover the temperature of the box. The size of the insulated box used in this paper is 420 × 320 × 240,with an internal dimension of 370 × 275 × 195,with a unit of millimeter.
