摘要
针对目前机械贴装设备难以适应多种电声制品PCB板贴装的问题,该文设计了一套基于机器视觉的适用于多种电声制品的PCB板自动贴装系统。分别采集电声制品底板和PCB板图像,利用模板轮廓提取算法建立在线对位模型,采取分区域视觉标定方法判定目标位置,最后控制机器人进行吸取、贴装动作,完成对电声制品PCB板贴装工作。实验结果表明该系统能够完成多种电声制品的PCB贴装任务,贴装精度和贴装效率均达到设计要求。
Aiming at the problem that the current mechanical placement equipment is difficult to adapt to PCB mounting of various electroacoustic products,this paper designs a set of PCB automatic placement system based on machine vision suitable for various electroacoustic products.The images are collected on the bottom plate and PCB board of the electroacoustic products respectively.Then the online alignment model is established by using the template contour extraction algorithm.Finally,the robot is controlled to perform the suction and placement operations,and the PCB board of the electroacoustic product is completed.The experimental results show that the system can complete the PCB placement tasks of various electroacoustic products well,and its placement accuracy and placement efficiency have reached the design requirements.
