摘要
在液晶屏生产中,贴合工艺的对位精度直接影响到产品的质量,所以现在的液晶屏贴合机中广泛采用了自动视觉对位系统。利用该系统在实际生产前,要先将对位时使用的靶标制作成模板,然后利用该模板识别上下基板的靶标实现对位。在制作靶标时,靶标的中心选取是否准确对对位精度有着直接的影响。如果采用手动确定中心位置,就会影响到对位精度,本文提出了一种利用SUSAN算子实现中心位置自动选取的方法。通过实践分析表明该方法能够较好的提升贴合对位的精度。
In liquid crystal display (LCD) production, the alignment precision of laminating process directly affects the quality of the product. Recently, the automatic vision alignment system is widely used in LCD alignment laminating machine. Before using this system on production, firstly, it should make the alignment target to be a template, and then use this template to identify the marks of upper and lower substrates to be alignment. During making the mark, the selection of the target center affects the precision of alignment laminating directly. If it is determined manually, it will affect the accuracy. This paper presents a method to determine the center posi- tion of the template with the using of SUSAN operator. The practice analysis shows that the method can improve the accuracy of the a- lignment laminating.
