摘要
在液晶屏生产中,贴合工艺的对位精度直接影响到产品的质量,所以现在的液晶屏贴合机中广泛采用了自动视觉对位系统。该文介绍了三菱Q02CPU、QJ71C24-R串行通信扩展模块及QD75定位模块控制的全自动对位贴合机的结构和实现功能;完成了视觉对位、CC-Link系统、电机控制原理的设计;给出了伺服电机的部分控制程序。
In Liquid Crystal Display( LCD) production,the alignment precision of laminating process directly affects the quality of product. Recently,the automatic vision alignment system has been widely used in LCD alignment laminating machine. This paper introduces the structure and the realization function of the auto-laminating machine controlled by Q02 CPU and QJ71C24-R serial communication module and QD75 position module,completes the automatic vision alignment,CC-Link system and the design of speed regulating motor,gives the part of control program for the servo motor.
