摘要
屏蔽接地的质量直接关系核电站系统与设备的运行安全,而屏蔽接地故障具有隐蔽性,排查难度高,在实际工作中未受到足够重视,现状混乱不清,故障频发。以CPR1000核电厂为例,在对常见的屏蔽接地干扰类型介绍、屏蔽接地抗干扰分析、屏蔽层接地方式对比的基础上,结合现场实践经验,提出了CPR1000核电厂仪控系统屏蔽接地的规范化与标准化方案。该方案实施后效果显著,对CPR1000核电工程现场应用、故障排除、确保电站系统与设备的安全稳定运行等,具有很强的参考价值和指导意义。
The quality of shielding grounding is directly related to the operation safety of the nuclear power plant system and equipment.Therefore,Shielding grounding fault is concealed and difficult to troubleshoot,it has not been paid enough attention in actual work,the status quo confusion,frequent failures.Taking CPR1000 nuclear power plant as an example,based on the introduction of common types of shielding grounding interference and analysis of shielding grounding anti?鄄interference and the comparison of shielding layer grounding methods,combined with practical experience in the field,the standardization and standardization scheme of shielded grounding for instrument and control system of CPR1000 nuclear power plant is put forward.After the implementation of the program,the effect is remarkable.It has a strong reference value and guiding significance for the application of nuclear power engineering,troubleshooting,and ensuring the safe and stable operation of the power plant system and equipment.
