某核电厂汽轮机控制系统机柜接地问题浅析

摘要 通过可靠、合理的接地提高抗各种电磁干扰是DCS系统安全、稳定运行的重要前提。围绕近年来发生的2起因接地形式不合理导致的核电机组瞬态事件,对某核电厂汽轮机控制系统机柜接地进行分析研究,并结合其他DCS系统接地的设计提出优化方案,提高了汽轮机控制系统的抗干扰性能,以满足机组安全、稳定运行的需求,可为采用同类技术路线的核电机组提供参考。 To improve the resistance to electromagnetic interference through reliable and reasonable grounding is an important prerequisite for the safe and stable operation of DCS system.Based on two transient events of nuclear power units caused by unreasonable grounding forms in recent years,the cabinet grounding of steam turbine control system of a nuclear power plant was analyzed and studied,and an optimization scheme was proposed combining with the grounding design of other DCS systems to improve the anti-interference performance of steam turbine control system,so as to meet the requirements of safe and stable operation of the unit.It can provide reference for nuclear power units using similar technical routes.
