摘要
论文采用RFID技术与无线网络相结合的方法,解决了船舶生产物流管理过程中对中间产品、车辆等要素的感知问题。同时,对该技术在实际船舶生产环境中的应用进行了抗干扰分析,并给出了相应的解决方案。经过在国内骨干船厂的实践证明该方案在提高船舶生产物流效率,提高资源利用率方面具有良好的效果。
In this paper,a technique mixed RFID and wireless network is introduced to solve the perception problems of middle product and vehicle in shipbuilding logistics management system. Meanwhile,the interference sources of this technique in reality shipbuilding production environment are also analyzed and practical solutions are provided. The application of the technique and solutions in a typical shipbuilding enterprise in China proved that they could observably improve the efficiency of production logistics and use ratio of resources.
