摘要
以26个不同产地的南酸枣果实为实验材料,对果实中可溶性膳食纤维、果胶、黄酮、氨基酸、还原糖和总酸共6种成分进行测定。结果表明不同产地南酸枣成分含量存在差异,其中黄酮含量差异最大,变异系数达到43.39%。综合评价结果表明,来源于广西桂林(GXGL)的南酸枣果实品质最好,其次是福建政和(FJZH)、福建南平(FJNP)、江西永丰官山林场(JXGS)、江西井冈山(JXJGS)、江西广丰(JXGF)和浙江开化(ZJKH)果实。研究成果可为南酸枣果用品种选育及其开发利用提供技术支撑。
The content of soluble dietary fiber,pectin,flavonoids,amino acid,reducing sugar and total acid in Choerospondias axillariesfruits from different regions were detected.The results showed that the content of six substances were significant difference among different habitats,the variable coefficient of flavonoids was the highest which was 43.39%.The comprehensive evaluation results indicated that the fruit quality of Ch.axillaries which from GXGL was best,followed by FJZH,FJNP,JXGS,JXJGS,JXGF,ZJKH.The research could provide important reference for further breeding and utilization of Ch.axillaries.
