摘要
采用碱溶酸析法提取了酸枣皮中双氢黄酮类物质,经正交试验方法得出酸枣皮中提取双氢黄酮类化合物的最佳条件:料液比1∶20,碱溶pH值为9,提取次数3次,酸析pH值为6。经HCl-镁粉、FeC l3和红外光谱鉴定,提取物为双氢黄酮类化合物。同时,利用紫外光谱法,测定计算出酸枣皮中总双氢黄酮的含量为3.976mg/g。色素的存在对产物提取量会产生误差,经索氏抽提器用石油醚脱脂去色素,并讨论了时间、不同提取剂对测定方法的影响。对双氢黄酮类化合物的提取提供了一定的科学依据。
By the method of alkali -acid treatment, dihydro -flavonoid were extracted from Choerospondias axillaries successfully in this study. The optimum conditions for extraction were obtained by the orthogonal test. They were as follows : the solid - liquid ratio was 1:20 ; the extraction times were 3 ; the pH value of alkali solution was 9 ; and the pH value of acid solution was 6. Reacting with magnesium - hydrochloric acid, FeCl3 and IR evaluation, the extraction were proved to be dihydro - flavonoid. In addition the content of dihydro - flavonoid in Choerospondias axillaries were determined as 3.976mg/g by ultraviolet spectrometry. Effects of time and pigment on the determination results were also investigated.
