摘要
皮碗是芯轴式清管器上的重要组件,皮碗需要具备密封流体形成驱动力、刮削管壁完成清洗并推动污垢前行等功能。文章分析了三种常见有唇皮碗的受力,建立了它们的力学模型;以针对(mm)管道的皮碗为研究对象,建立了皮碗的二维有限元模型;分别计算分析皮碗在不同唇长和不同工作压差时的最大接触应力、接触长度及接触应力分布规律;得到了皮碗在不同唇长和工作压差时皮碗的相关性能的变化规律。研究结果为实际工作中皮碗的选型与设计提供了理论依据。
As an important component of Mandrel Pig,the rubber sealing disc has two functions:one is sealing the fluid to form the driving force;the other is scraping pipe wall and push forward the dirt.authors analyzed the stress of three common types of sealing disc which have lip and then,established their mechanical model.Taking the rubber sealing disc as the research object,which is made for(mm)pipelin,authors established the 2D finite element model of it.And authors calculated and analysed the maximum contact stress,contact length and distribution law of contact stress of the rubber sealing disc in different time and working pressure.Finally,authors got the change regulation of the related properties of the rubber sealing disc in different lip length and working pressure.All of this provide the theory evidence for the selection and design of the rubber sealing disc in the practical work.
