摘要 封隔器胶筒橡胶材料的性能决定了封隔器密封性能的好坏。由于胶筒是非线性弹性材料,其橡胶配方的不同对材料性能有相当大的影响,因此,必须通过试验测定胶筒材料的力学性能。文章主要是对封隔器胶筒硫化橡胶的标准试样在不同压力和不同温度条件下的性能进行试验,获取应力-应变关系及橡胶的压缩模量、杨氏模量等值,为分析封隔器的工作性能提供基本依据。 The rubber material's mechanic performance of the packer determines the packer's sealing performance. As the rubber is non-llnear and stretch material, the different rubber formulation has an important influence to the material's performance. So measurement has to be done for the material's performance through the experiment. In the paper, many experiments have been done on test sample of packer with vulcanized rubber's standard under different load and temperature condition and stress-strain relationship and rubber's modulus of compressibility and Yoang are obtained. All of this provides basic for analyzing the packer's working performance.
