摘要
目的:探讨长春西汀联合奥扎格雷钠治疗急性脑梗死的临床疗效。方法:收治急性脑梗死患者200例,随机分成观察组和对照组,每组各100例。对照组采用肠溶阿司匹林片和奥扎格雷治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用长春西汀,比较两组治疗效果。结果:治疗后,观察组NIHSS评分、上下肢Fugl-Meyer积分及Barthel指数均明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:长春西汀联合奥扎格雷钠治疗急性脑梗死的疗效显著。
Objective:To explore the efficacy of vinpocetine combined with ozagrel sodium in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction.Methods:200 patients with acute cerebral infarction were selected,they were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group.The control group was treated with enteric coated aspirin tablets and ozagrel,the observation group was treated with vinpocetine on the basis of the control group,we compared the therapeutic effects of the two groups.Results:After treatment,NIHSS score,Fugl-Meyer score and Barthel index of upper and lower limbs in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The efficacy of vinpocetine combined with ozagrel sodium in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction was significant.
