摘要
目的:探讨综合护理管理对脑梗死患者康复预后及神经功能的影响。方法:收治脑梗死患者120例,随机分为观察组和对照组,各60例。对照组进行常规护理,观察组在此基础上进行综合护理管理。结果:护理后,两组Barthel指数明显升高,Fugl-Meyer积分明显下降,护理前后比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),观察组Barthel指数升高幅度和Fugl-Meyer积分下降幅度明显高于对照组(P<0.05);出院前两组患者NIHSS均明显下降,与护理前比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),组间比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:综合护理管理能够明显改善患者预后,促进患者神经功能恢复。
Objective:To explore the effect of comprehensive nursing management on the recovery and neural function of patients with cerebral infarction.Methods:120 patients with cerebral infarction were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,with 60 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received comprehensive nursing management based on the routine nursing.Results:After nursing,the Barthel index was significantly increased,Fugl-Meyer score decreased significantly,and nursing difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the degree of Barthel index increased and Fugl-Meyer accumulation decreased in the observation group were significantly lower than in the control group(P<0.05);NIHSS before discharge in the two groups was significantly decreased,and the difference was statistically significant when compared with nursing before(P<0.05);the comparison between groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Comprehensive nursing management can obviously improve the prognosis of patients and improve the recovery of neurologic function.
