摘要
目的 探讨延续性护理干预对高血压脑出血患者恢复效果及术后生活能力的影响.方法 选取2014年11月—2015年5月间商丘市第一人民医院门诊换药室接收的高血压脑出血患者40例为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,均20例.对照组实施常规护理,观察组给予延续性护理干预,比较两组GCS评分、术后生活能力以及并发症发生率.结果 延续性护理干预前,两组GCS评分差异不显著(P>0.05);干预后观察组GCS评分较对照组明显升高,差异显著(P<0.05);观察组生活自理能力、括约肌能力、社会认知能力、活动及交流能力均明显高于对照组,差异显著(P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率为10.0%,较对照组的40.0%明显降低,差异显著(P<0.05).结论 延续性护理干预应用于高血压脑出血患者中可有效提高其恢复效果及术后生活能力,且能够使并发症发生率降低,改善患者生活质量,值得推广.
objective to study the continuity of nursing intervention on hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage patients recovery effect and postoperative life ability.Methods to choose between November 2014-May 2015 in shangqiu first people's hospital outpatient treatment room received 40 patients with hypertension cerebral hemorrhage as the research object,and randomly divided into control group and observation group,20 cases.Continuity in the control group routine nursing,the observation group was given nursing intervention,compared two groups of GCS score,life skills,and postoperative complications.Results continuity before nursing intervention,two groups of GCS score difference was not significant(P>0.05);GCS score after the intervention group than the control group increased significantly,the significant difference(P<0.05);Ability to observe group life self-care ability and sphincter,social cognition,activities and communication skills were significantly higher than that of control group,significant difference(P<0.05);The complication rate of observation group was 10.0%,significantly lower than 40.0%in the control group,a significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion continuity nursing intervention was applied to high blood pressure in patients with cerebral hemorrhage can effectively improve the effect of its recovery and postoperative life ability,and can reduce the incidence of complications,improve patient quality of life,is worth promoting.
