摘要
目的设计与我国护理工作特点相适应,科学性、实用性强的患者对医院护理工作满意度量表。方法采用专家咨询法,选取36名涉及质量管理、统计学及护理管理等领域的专家,听取其对量表设计的意见与建议,确定量表的内容与形式。结果通过两轮专家咨询,两次咨询表回收率分别为94.44%和88.89%,总体权威系数为0.89。按照两轮专家咨询意见,结合患者需求,对1个因素、16个条目进行了修改,初步形成了5个因素共26个条目,采用L ikert 5分法进行标度的量表。结论应用专家咨询法初步设计形成了患者对医院护理工作满意度量表,但仍需进一步验证。
Objective To develop a scale to measure patients' satisfaction with nursing care in hospital,which would be suited for the current nursing situation in China with its reasonability and practicability. Methods The Delphi method was used through recruiting 36 experts in the area of quality of care management, statistics and nursing administration. The contents of the scale were identified in the light of experts' common suggestions after two - round meetings. Results The results showed that the overall authority grade was 0.89 with the respond rates of 94.44% and 88.89% respectively. After the two -round meetings, combining patients' needs, one sub- scale was modified and 16 items were revised. At last,the 26 -item and 5 -point Likert scale was developed which covers 5 aspects. Conclusion The scale of patients' satisfaction with nursing care was set up,but it shouid be tested in the further research.
