摘要
目的:研究分析奥扎格雷钠联合长春西汀治疗进展性脑梗死的临床疗效及安全性。方法:选择2014年5月-2016年5月笔者所在医院接收的进展性脑梗死患者50例作为研究对象,将50例患者随机分为两组进行对比研究,观察组25例和对照组25例,两组患者均应用奥扎格雷钠进行治疗,在此基础上,采用长春西汀治疗观察组患者。评价观察组与对照组的治疗效果,评价指标包括治疗有效率、神经功能缺损评分及不良反应发生情况。结果:观察组患者治疗后神经功能缺损评分、不良反应发生率均比对照组低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者治疗有效率比对照组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:奥扎格雷钠联合长春西汀治疗进展性脑梗死的临床疗效较理想,能有效强化治疗效果,安全性较高,具有较高的临床应用价值。
ObjectiveTo study the clinical efficacy and safety of Sodium Ozagrel combined with Vinpocetine in the treatment of progressive cerebral infarction.Method：From May 2014 to May 2016,the hospital received progressive cerebral infarction in 50 patients as the research object,50 patients were randomly divided into two groups,the observation group 25 cases and control group 25 cases.Two groups were treated with Sodium Ozagrel,on this basis,the observation group treated with Vinpocetine.Evaluated the therapeutic effect of the evaluation index,including the treatment efficiency,neurological deficit scores and the incidence of adverse reactions.Result：The observation group after treatment in patients with neurological deficit scores and the incidence of adverse reaction were lower than those of control group,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）;the effective rate of the observation group was better than the control group,there was statistical significance（P〈0.05）.Conclusion： The clinical curative effect of Ozagrel Sodium combined with Vinpocetine in the treatment of progressive cerebral infarction is ideal,can effectively strengthen the treatment effect,high safety,and has high clinical application value.
