摘要
目的探讨风险管理在急危重患者急诊抢救中的应用效果。方法选取2016年1月至2017年12月我院收治的100例急诊危重症患者为研究对象,随机将其等分为对照组与观察组,对照组给予常规护理管理,观察组在此基础上给予风险管理。比较两组患者护理意外事件发生情况、死亡及致残情况、护理满意度、临床诊疗时间。结果观察组患者意外发生率显著低于对照组(P <0.05),观察组患者致死率、致残率显著低于对照组(P <0.05),观察组患者护理满意度显著高于对照组(P <0.05),观察组接到患者至确诊时间、确诊至转科时间显著少于对照组(P<0.05)。结论急诊危重症抢救护理过程中实行风险管理能有效减少护理意外事件发生,降低死亡率和致死率,提高护理满意度,减少临床诊疗时间,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To investigate the application effect of risk management in emergency rescue of critically ill patients.Methods To compare incidence of nursing accident,death and disability,nursing satisfaction,clinical diagnosis and treatment time,100 cases of critically ill patients,who admitted to our hospital from January 2016 to December 2017,were observed,and randomly divided into control group and study group with equal members.The control group adopted the routine nursing management,while the study group adopted the risk management on the basis of the control group.Results The incidence of accidents in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The fatality rate and disability rate in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of patients in the study group was greatly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).From the time of receiving patients to the time of diagnosis confirmed,and that from diagnosis confirmed to transfer between departments,the study group was more efficient than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of risk management could effectively reduce the incidence of nursing accidents,cut down mortality and fatality rate,improve nursing satisfaction,and shorten the time of clinical diagnosis and treatment,which was worthy of clinical promotion and application.
