层级进阶管理法在急诊科护理人员中的应用价值

摘要 目的探究急诊科护理人员应用层级进阶管理法的可行性。方法选取2019年9月—2020年8月南华大学附属长沙中心医院急诊科在职护理人员36名,根据时间不同分为管理前(2019年9月—2020年2月)实施传统管理模式,和管理后(2020年3—8月)实施层级进阶管理模式。对比管理前后护理综合能力、心理素质以及工作沉浸程度。结果管理后护理人员观察能力、应变能力、组织协调能力、预检分诊能力、急救意识以及急救技能综合能力评分均显著高于管理前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);管理后护理人员心理能力、心理品格、自我适应、环境适应以及心理动力心理素质评分均显著高于管理前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);管理后护理人员自身动力、专注当前任务、行动与意识融合、工作目标能随时间改变以及控制工作进度及任务工作沉浸程度评分均显著高于管理前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论急诊科护理人员应用层级进阶管理法,能够显著提高护理人员综合能力、强化心理素质,改善工作沉浸程度,护理效果好。 Objective To investigate the feasibility of applying the cascade progression management method to the nursing staff in the emergency department.Methods 36 in-service nursing staff in the Emergency Department of Changsha Central Hospital affiliated to South China University from September 2019 to August 2020 were selected.According to the time,they are divided into the traditional management mode before management(September 2019 to February 2020)and the hierarchical advanced management mode after management(March to August 2020).The overall nursing competence,psychological quality,and work immersion were compared before and after management.Results After management,the comprehensive ability scores of nursing staff such as observation ability,adaptability,organization and coordination ability,pre-examination and triage ability,first-aid awareness and first-aid skills were significantly higher than those before management,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of psychological quality such as psychological ability,psychological character,self-adaptation,environmental adaptation and psychological motivation of nursing staff after management were significantly higher than those before management,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After management,the scores of self-motivation,focus on the current task,integration of action and consciousness,change of work objectives over time and control of work progress and tasks of nurusing staff were significantly higher than those before management,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of the cascade progression management method for nursing staff in the emergency department can significantly improve nursing staff's comprehensive ability,strengthen psychological quality,and improve the degree of work deposition,with good nursing effects.
