摘要
目的探讨自制的危重患者转运核查单对院内转运不良事件发生率的影响。方法成立专家小组．编制《以风险评估和实施为特征的危重患者转运核查单》，并比较实施前后转运不良事件的发生率。结果实施后转运期间不良事件总的发生率由37．85％下降至18．99％，差异有统计学意义（x2=31．151，P〈0．001）。其中技术类不良事件下降最为显著，由25.42％下降至7．54％（X2=41．446，P〈0．001）。结论《以风险评估和实施为特征的危重患者转运核查单》作为指导转运的工具，能够降低危重患者院内转运不良事件的发生率，提高患者安全。
Objective To explore the effects of self-designed intra-hospital transport checklist on incidence of adverse events during intra-hospital transport of critically ill patients. Methods The checklist for intra-hospital transport of critically ill patients was developed by an expert team. Incidence of adverse events was compared before and after implementation. Results The overall incidence of adverse events decreased from 37.85% to 18.99%,and the difference was statistically significant （X2=31.151,P〈0.001）. The most significant decreasing was for technical problems（from 25.42% to 7.54%）with statistically significant difference（X2=41.446,P〈0.001）. Conclusion The application of intra-hospital transport checklist can effectively reduce the incidence of adverse events and improve patient safety.
