摘要
目的:探讨妇产科临床中阴道流血的病因及诊疗方式。方法:收治阴道流血患者81例,分成对照组与观察组。对照组40例,观察组41例。对照组采用普通消炎止血药物治疗,观察组在常规药物治疗基础上加用宫血宁胶囊治疗,比较两组治疗效果。结果:观察组治疗有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:妇产科患者阴道流血主要是因为妊娠期流血、非孕期流血、全身性疾病和创伤导致。在常规药物治疗基础上联合宫血宁胶囊治疗,能提升治疗有效率。
Objective:To explore the etiology and diagnosis and treatment of vaginal bleeding in obstetrics and gynecology department.Methods:81 patients with vaginal bleeding were selected and they were divided into the control group and the observation group.The control group was treated with common anti-inflammatory and hemostatic drugs,the observation group was treated with Gong Xue Ning capsule on the basis of conventional drug treatment,we compared the therapeutic effect of the two groups.Results:The effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The main causes of vaginal bleeding were bleeding during pregnancy,bleeding during non pregnancy,systemic diseases and trauma.On the basis of routine drug therapy,the combination of Gong Xue Ning capsule can improve the effective rate of treatment.
