摘要
目的分析妇产科患者发生阴道流血的原因,并探讨有效诊疗措施以提高阴道流血诊治效率。方法 90例阴道流血患者,采用随机数字表法分为研究组(50例)和对照组(40例)。对照组给予常规治疗,研究组加用妇康宝口服液治疗。比较两组患者阴道流血发生原因及治疗效果。结果 90例患者中妊娠期流血32例,占比35.56%;非孕期阴道流血53例,占比58.89%;其他原因5例,占比5.56%。治疗后,研究组显效34例,有效14例,无效2例,总有效率为96.00%;对照组显效21例,有效10例,无效9例,总有效率为77.50%;研究组治疗总有效率明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对于妇产科阴道流血患者,应注意对其出血原因进行准确判断,从而制定相应的治疗方案,通过利用妇康宝口服液治疗,能够有效提高临床疗效,改善患者生活质量,值得推广。
Objective To analyze the causes of vaginal bleeding in obstetrics and gynecology department, and discuss the effective diagnosis and treatment measures to improve efficiency of diagnosis and treatment of vaginal bleeding. Methods A total of 90 vaginal bleeding patients were divided by random number table method into research group（50 cases） and control group（40 cases）. The control group received conventional therapy, and the research group received Fukangbao oral liquid. The causes and treatment effects of vaginal bleeding in two groups were compared. Results Of the 90 cases, there were 32 cases of pregnancy bleeding, accounting for 35.56%, 53 cases of non-pregnancy vaginal bleeding, accounting for 58.89%, 5 cases of other reasons, accounting for 5.56%. After treatment, the research group had 34 excellent cases, 14 effective cases and 2 ineffective cases, with total effective rate as 96.0%, while the control group had 21 excellent cases, 10 effective cases and 9 ineffective cases, with total effective rate as 77.5%. The research group had obviously higher total treatment effective rate than the control group, and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The vaginal bleeding patients of obstetrics and gynecology department should accurately determine the causes of bleeding, so as to make the corresponding treatment plan. Fukangbao oral liquid can effectively improve the clinical efficacy and improve the quality of life of patients, and it is worthy of promotion.
