摘要
目的 探讨对阴道流血患者采用妇康宝口服液药物后获得的临床效果。方法 选取2019年2月—2022年5月枣庄市皮肤病性病防治院收治的100例阴道流血患者作为研究对象,以投掷硬币法作为分组依据,每组50例。参照组采用常规临床治疗,在参照组基础上,采用妇康宝口服液治疗的设为研究组。对两组阴道流血患者的治疗结果、出血控制时间以及完全止血时间展开比较。结果 研究组患者治疗总有效率优于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组患者出血控制时间(2.13±1.15)d以及完全止血时间(4.25±1.19)d短于参照组的(4.32±1.17)、(6.73±1.22)d,差异有统计学意义(t=9.439、10.289,P<0.05)。结论 临床对阴道流血患者合理给予妇康宝口服液药物治疗,可获得显著效果,有效缩短出血控制时间以及完全止血时间,可对阴道流血患者的预后水平提升奠定基础。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Fukangbao oral liquid on patients with vaginal bleeding.Methods A total of 100 patients with vaginal bleeding admitted to Zaozhuang Dermatology and Venereology Hospital from February 2019 to May 2022 were selected as the research objects,and the coin throwing method was used as the grouping basis,with 50 cases in each group.The routine clinical treatment was used in the reference group.On the ba‐sis of the reference group,the study group was treated with Fukangbao oral liquid.The treatment results,bleeding con‐trol time and complete hemostasis time of the two groups of patients with vaginal bleeding were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was better than that in the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The study group had shorter bleeding control time(2.13±1.15)d and complete hemostasis time(4.25±1.19)d than(4.32±1.17)d and(6.73±1.22)d in the reference group,and the difference was sta‐tistically significant(t=9.439,10.289,P<0.05).Conclusion In clinical treatment of patients with vaginal bleeding,rea‐sonable administration of Fukangbao oral liquid can obtain remarkable results,effectively shorten the time of bleeding control and complete hemostasis,and lay a foundation for improving the prognosis of patients with vaginal bleeding.
