摘要
世行新建电厂指南和2010/75/EU指令在国际社会上的认知度较高,本文对国内烟尘排放浓度与世行新建电厂指南和2010/75/EU指令烟尘排放浓度进行了对比研究,结果表明我国的烟尘排放限值已处于国际较为先进水平。同时,本文介绍了目前我国较为先进的火电厂烟尘治理技术路线,对新建和已有电厂的烟尘治理提出了可行的技术方案,为超低排放的粉尘治理提供了技术参考。
Thermal power:Guidelines for New Plants and DIRECTIVE 2010/75/EU is well recognized worldwide.In this article,the comparative study between DIRECTIVE 2010/75/EU,Thermal power:Guidelines for New Plants and Emission Standard of China are conducted.The results showed that the dust emission standards of thermal power plants achieve international advanced level.Advanced dust control technology in China is also introduced.To the problems existed in dust control technology of new and built thermal power plants,this paper puts forward feasible technical scheme,and provides technique reference for Ultra-Low PM Emission.
